SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING

Please allow up to one week for the fulfillment of your 'ready to ship' pieces and up to two weeks for the fulfillment of your 'made to order' and 'made to size' pieces.

Please know that while I do my absolute best to get your orders out as quickly as possible, I am a one woman show and do sometimes need the full communicated time frame.

SHIPPING

I ship via USPS. At checkout you will have the option between:

   First Class: Delivered within 3-5 business days

   Priority: Delivered within 1-3 business days​

 

All shipments include USPS tracking. The moment I generate a shipping label this number will be emailed to the email address the buyer has provided. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking information to become available.

It is the buyers responsibility to track the order. Once the package is handed over to USPS, the package becomes the responsibility of the buyer. Rolling Stone Trading Co does not take responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged or delayed packages. Should your package go missing in transit, get stolen, or arrive damaged, please contact your local USPS office to file a claim.

No refunds/replacements are issued for lost, stolen, damaged or delayed packages.

​

International customers are responsible for the payment of any customs, duties or taxes required by the buyers country.
